"This is a good video service offering some quality series and movies. Unfortunately the picture quality just isn't good enough. Other platforms are offering 4k quality as part of the package. Now TV is stuck on 720p, and an option to upgrade to 1080p has just been made available for a £3 per month premium. 1080p has been available for years, so why doesn't the service come with it as standard? Also, the 'upgrade' works on PS4, but not XBOX One! Ridiculous! Update: Still terrible"
